great location close station quiet facility useful dispenser water dispenser uncomfortable bed wifi issue connection problem
the location was great, near waterloo east station. it was super clean and quiet, especially good when traveling with kids! the facility is close to tourist spots such as the eye and big ben. a water dispenser on the 6th floor was so useful.
the bed wasn't great. i could hear the springs! wifi was a pain, i had to reconnect it all the time.

dodgy shower stone age tv
the location work well enough i guess. i could walk to some places.
my room, a classic room 1 king bed, was not a joy. the tv was like something from the stone age, and when i told them about the dodgy shower, they act like i was speakin' klingon. then, to top it off, they clean the room every other day. seriously?

dirty sheets infrequent cleaning
The room cleaning wasn't a daily service. It was only every other day. that wasn't stated anywhere beforehand. also, when i arrived, the bed sheets were dirty. i found that pretty annoying.
